Note: 3 ingredients- simple! If you don't have almond meal, you can just take almonds and crush them (that's actually what almond meal is.) You can even use other nuts as well.
- 3 oz chicken
- 1/8 cup almond meal (15 grams)
- 1 yellow pepper
- optional sauces: soy sauce, spicy mustard
Directions: Cook pepper for 10-20 minutes. Cook chicken on skillet. Once cook, stuff it in the pepper. Top with almond meal and cook for another 10-20 minutes.
