Tuna Stuffed Tomato

Note: 3 ingredients- SIMPLE! However, I should have mixed the tuna with ricotta or something then put it in the tomato. (Note to self for next time). I could still taste the tuna.

Ingredients:
- medium tomato
- 3 oz tuna
- slice of fat free cheese

Directions:
- hollow out tomato. Add tuna. Put in an oven preheated at 350 for 15 minutes. Take out and cover with cheese slice. the cheese will melt.
