Tuna and Sweet Potato Mix

Note: I made a huge plate of this and split it between my pre and post workout.

Ingredients:
- 6 oz tuna
- 7 oz sweet potato
- 2 egg whites

Directions:
- Microwave sweet potato for 5 minutes until mushy. Mix with tuna and egg white. Cook on a skillet. Very good. I topped with soy sauce.
