Spicy Chicken

Note: OK, I keep getting a lot of recipes for "quick" meals. The best thing I like to do is buy frozen pre-cooked chicken and then portion some out for the week and freeze. Then, the night before week, I add spices to the individual container and refridgerate overnight. I microwave them the next day at work. (As you may have noticed, yesterday's meal was cinnamon chicken. Tomorrow's is spicy chicken!)

- 6 oz chicken
- cayenne pepper
-red pepper flakes.

Directions: Pre-cook chicken. Add spices.
