Note: OK, this was probably not one of my favorites. I got it from sparkrecipes.com and tailored it a bit to fit my macros.
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fat free parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
-Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread mix on pam-sprayed baking sheet evenly. Can make extra thin for a more cracker-like texture. Bake for about 15 minutes, flipping in between.
Optional toppings: fat free cheese, hummus, more parmesan cheese.
