Shrimp Quesadilla's

Note: I am still in a quesedilla mood. I don't even know if there is such thing as a shrimp quesadilla, and wasn't sure if it shrimp would taste good with cheese... it did :) I could have made this better by adding onion, but I got home at 9 last night and was so hungry.

Ingredients:
- 3 oz shrimp
- 1 low carb tortilla
- 18 grams fat free cheese

Directions: Cook shrimp. Melt cheese on tortilla (if you have a queso maker, great, otherwise you can bake in oven or melt in microwave. Add cooked shrimp. Roll over and eat!
