Sausage Egg and Cheese Burrito

Note: This was so good, and it's pretty low carb, too!

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken sausage links (I used smaller breakfast links) or one larger
- low carb tortilla
- 28 grams fat free cheese (I used 1/2 cheddar, 1/2 mozzarella)
- 3 egg whites

Directions:
Cook egg whites. Add cheese to flour tortilla. Microwave for about 20 seconds. Add cooked egg whites and sausage. I also added Frank's red hot sauce. Roll up and eat.



I made a smiley face because it's Friday :)
