Note: This was AWESOME. Try it for yourself.
- 3 ounce cooked shrimp
- 1 tablespoon PB
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 stalks green onion
- pinch ginger (or 2 pinches)
- sesame seeds (sprinkle, not included in macros)
Directions: lay lettuce on plate. Cook green onions and layer on lettuce. Cook shrimp with soysauce, rice vinegar and ginger. Put on top of salad and onions. Sprinkle on peanut butter. You can top with more soy sauce, or eat as is like I did.
