PB Protein Ice Cream

NOTE: This is SERIOUSLY THE SHIZZY ("AWESOME"), and perfect for dinner. I am probably going to be eating it for dinner the next 10 days straight :)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
- 4 oz unsweetened almond breeze
- 1 tblspn peanut butter
- 4 grams sf/ff jello pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon xantham gum
- 5-6 ice cubes
- splenda

Directions:
Blend, freeze, eat!
