Note: This was really good, I had it pre workout. I don't know why, but the tuna taste didn't really come out.

Ingredients:
- 2.5 ounce tuna
- 1 small pouch of oatmeal (1oo calorie instant)
- 1 egg white

Directions:
- Mix ingredients together and cook on skillet. I topped mine with soy sauce (I am a runner, I have a terrible salt addiction, so I put it on everything).











It was so good, I made two more for later in the week :)
