Note: OMG. This was BY FAR THE BEST ever... Mango ice cream- high protein and low in fat! Perfect pre or post workout. I am making this until the bag of mangoes run out :)
- 1 serving frozen mangoes (90 calories)
- scoop all the whey cake batter (or any other whey protein powder)
- 1/4 cup almond breeze
- 1/4 cup water
- splenda/stevia to taste
- ice cubes
Directions: Blend ingredients in blender. Freeze overnight (you can also eat as is- slushy).
