Note: This doesn't particularly look appetizing- but then again, none of my recipes do, haha. When you melt fat free cheese, it looks weird and rubbery. However, it was pretty good. I liked it, the crust was crispy.
- 1 low carb tortilla
-1/4 cup black beans
- 1 slice fat free cheese (shredded is in the pic, but ended up using slices)
Prepare beans (if using can, then strain; if using bag, then you need to boil and prepare overnight). lay tortilla on baking pan. sprinkle cheese and beans on it. Cook at 300 for about 10 minutes.
