Low Carb Blueberry Ice Cream

Note: Holy sh*t, this was good, especially for low carb. Take my word for it.


Directions:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweeteened almond milk
- 1/8 package of sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding mix
-1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon xantham gum
-stevia/splenda
- 2 tablespoons sugar free jelly
- ice cubes

Directions: Mix in blender, pour in bowl and freeze.
