High Protein Pancakes

Note: These were absolutely awesome.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (or teaspoon vanilla sugarfree torani syrup). I used the syrup.
- 2 splenda

toppings include: sugar free maple syrup or sugar free jelly.

Directions:
Blend ingredients in blender. Cook on skillet. Makes one big pancake or two smaller ones.
