Flax and Parmesan Tuna

Note: This was actually pretty good. Once you fry tuna, it kinda loses the nasty taste and smell a bit. So, I like it.

Ingredients:
- 3 ounces tuna
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon fat free parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients. Cook on a skillet. I topped mine with soy sauce.
