Note: HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY EVERYONE!!! So, this morning I had this for breakfast. A multi grain bagel with fat free strawberry ricotta spread. I normally don't eat bagels, but what the heck, it's fourth of July :) I can't wait for my BIRTHDAY CAKE later!!
- fat free ricotta (I didn't measure)
- about 8 strawberries (cut up finely)
mix ricotta, strawberries and equal. Spread it on bagel.
