Note: I personally never tried curry before... but I was reading other fitness forums and it seems popular combo with tuna. I went to my mom's house and stole some, in case I didn't like it. It was really good.
- 6 oz tuna
- 2 egg whites
- curry powder
-cook onions in a skillet. Add tuna, egg whites, curry powder. When you are almost done cooking, add tomatoes.
