Coconut Tuna

Note: This was awesome. Whenever I eat coconut oil, I feel so much better. I don't know why, but it gives me energy.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 3 oz tuna
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes (not included in macros b/c spark recipes doesn't have them)
