Chicken with Cheese and Black Beans

Note: Perfect for post workout. You got good carbs and protein!

Ingredients:
- 3 oz cooked chicken
- 1 slice fat free cheese
- 1/4 cup black beans

Directions:
mix together and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Top with frank's red hot sauce.
