Chicken Sausage and Black Bean Scramble

Note: I had this as a PWO meal with one slice cinnamon raisin ezekiel bread and 1 tablespoon low fat peanut butter.

Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 18 grams fat free cheese
- 35 grams black beans
- 1 chicken sausage
- 35 grams black beans

Directions: Cook onions. Add egg whites... once those are cooked, add black beans and sausage for a bit longer. Once done, put on plate and sprinkle with cheese. I covered it with a bowl so they cheese would melt. Top with hot sauce and salt.
