Note: OK, not really Candy Apple, but this was a sweet high protein post workout treat. I used the other 1/2 of the apple from my raisin, apple and tuna salad.
- 1 scoop All the Whey (macros based on dymatize whey, though)
- 1 tablespoon Better than Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 apple
- mix water, protein powder and PB. Cut apple into slices. Cover with spread.
