BSN Cinnamon Waffles (or pancakes)

Note: So, I learned a lesson today. Non-stick doesn't mean you should NOT use Pam. Normally I do, but today I ran out and got home from work at 9, and was in no mood to go to the grocery store.

Anyways, I love my BSN cinnamon waffles. And normally, they don't come out in pieces, but I didn't use PAM, so that is why it basically fell apart. They were still very good though :) 3 ingredients, prep time of 10 minutes, you can't beat it!!!

-1 scoop BSN cinnamon roll (you can use any whey/casein combo protein powder or casein. However, not whey only, it comes out dry and nasty tasting.)
- 3 egg whites


mix egg whites, cinnamon and BSN cinnamon roll. Cook on waffle maker. If you don't have a waffle maker, make pancakes out of them. (and if you use a waffle maker, even if it says, non-stick, use PAM!)
