Black Bean Quesadilla

Note: These are the bomb. And the red thing below is my quesadilla maker.

Ingredients:
- 1 low carb tortilla
- 18 grams fat free cheese
- 55 grams black beans
- tomato
- onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- spices (salt, pepper, cayenne pepper)

Directions:
Stir-fry vegetables. Put quesadilla on queso maker Add cheese, black beans and veggies. Cover. I topped mine with Frank's red hot sauce.
