Black Bean and Tuna Scramble

Note: I wanted this to be a patty, but it just doesn't stick together... so, it's more like a scramble. Quick and easy to make. Tons of protein.

Ingredients:
- 3 oz tuna
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup black beans

Directions: Mix and cook on a skillet. I topped with soy sauce and garlic powder.
