Black Bean, Cheese and Egg Sandwich

Note: Easy to make and high in protein!

Ingredients:
- 1 Joseph's low carb tortilla wrap
- slice fat free cheese
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1 egg white

Directions: cook egg white. Place cheese on pita bread, and top with black beans and egg white. Microwave for 30 seconds. Roll up and eat. I topped mine with salt and frank's red hot sauce.
