Note: I had this for my post workout breakfast. SOOOOOOOO good.
- low carb wrap
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon Better 'n PB
- equal (optional- not necessary since banana is sweet enough)
- Smear PB onto wrap; add banana and top with cottage cheese (you can mix cottage cheese with splenda/sweetener for extra sweet treat). I used about 1/4 on the wrap and ate the other 3/4 on the side since I knew it would go everywhere. This was messy, but so good.
