The woman who wrote this blog wasn't kidding when she said it would change your life, haha... I am someone who used to eat frozen yogurt as a meal, despite the sugar and lack of nutritional value. This is just as good. I mixed mine below with 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
Directions: Blend frozen banana in food processor. And eat! (this is the lazy version. please refer to the link above for the directions. You really need to use a food processor as it might not blend as well in a mixer.)
optional add-ins: peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, nuts, sugar free/fat free jello pudding mix.
