Zucchini loaf

Note: I got this recipe from figure athlete. I omitted the walnuts and cut the recipe in 1/2

Ingredients:
-1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
-1 teaspoons baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1.5 cups granulated Splenda
-1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
-1/2 cup egg whites
-1/4 cup water
- 3 cups grated zucchini
-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a big bowl, combine "dry ingredients"- whole wheat flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon, and Splenda. In a separate bowl, combine "wet ingredients"-apple sauce, egg whites, water, zucchini, and lemon juice. Mix wet ingredients into dry. Bake in a standard loaf pan, sprayed with nonstick spray, for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when you poke the loaf.
