-2 rice cakes
- protein powder: I used Dymatize cookies and cream
- 1-1.5 tbspn water (I used 2 tbspn below and it was too much)
- peanut butter (optional)
- mix protein powder and water (and peanut butter, if using). Spread on rice cake. Sometimes, I eat them "open-faced". Other times, I smush them together like a sandwich and freeze while working out.
