Note: Again, not really a recipe, but high protein, low carb soft food option :)
- 4 egg whites
- turkey slices (I used 4, which was approx 80 calories)
- 1 slice fat free cheese (30 calories)
Spraw a non-stick skillet with pam. Pour egg whites on med heat. Flip like pancake. When 90% cooked, add turkey and sliced cheese and dijon mustard. Put on a plate and eat!
