Tofu Pudding- 3 Ways!

Note: Today was my last day of having to eat soft foods, woo hoo! Got my stitches out, so tomorrow back to more normal stuff :)

Post-workout Banana PB Shake:

Ingredients:
- 1/3 package silken lite tofu (approx 50 calories)
- Banana, 100 grams
- Better 'N Peanut butter, 1 tbspn
- almond milk, 2 oz
- stevia/truvia
- 1/8 teaspoon xantham gum

PB Cheesecake Pudding:
- 1/3 package silken lite tofu (approx 50 calories)
- 2 tablespoon fat free cream cheese
- 1 serving (1/4 package) of sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Mocha PB Pudding:
- 1/3 package silken like tofu (approx 50 calories)
- 1 tablespoon regular PB
- tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee mix
- 1/4 cup non fat cottage cheese
- splenda/stevia/truvia to taste
