Sweet Potato Banana Mash

Note: I got the idea of this recipe watching Rachel Ray putting a banana in a sheperd's pie made with sweet potato and figured bananas and sweet potato would go good together in an egg white mash with cinnamon and stevia. Reminded me of thanksgiving :) I thought it was good! (however, although my macros don't allow it, I would have used more bananas and sweet potatoes, and less egg whites). P.S. I also know it looks horrible, but it does really taste good :)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana, (macros based on 50 grams)
- 3 oz sweet potato (macros based on 1/2 cup)
- 5 egg whites
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- stevia

Directions:
Microwave sweet potato for 3 minutes until tender. Remove skin (should peel right off.) Mash with banana, stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and egg whites. Microwave for another 4-6 minutes, until eggs are cooked through. Top with sugar free maple syrup or eat as is.
