Strawberry "Ice Cream"/ "Strawberry Pudding"

Note: Fat free, high protein, lower in sugar ice cream!


Ingredients:
- 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1-2 packets equal/splenda
- 1/8 teaspoon xantham gum (not required)


Directions:
Blend ingredients, pour in cup. Refridgerate for pudding. Freeze for ice cream.
