Note: OK, I normally don't like Mac and Cheese. But the other day, my sister made some for my niece, and I wanted to take a huge bite. I made a low fat version using shirataki noodles, fat free cheese and fat free parmesan cheese. It was pretty good! The shrimp was for protein :)
- 3 oz shrimp (any meat or fish)
- package shirataki noodles
- 2 slices fat free cheese
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Rinse the noodles thoroughly. Microwave them with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Add cheese in the middle of the noodles on a plate microwave for a minute. Mix cheese and noodles. Top with parmesan cheese. Add cooked shrimp.
