Note: This is pretty much the same recipe as the whoopie pies, but no cream cheese filling.
- 1 scoop protein powder (BSN lean dessert cinnamon roll)
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
- 1 packet stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Mix ingredients and bake for 20 minutes in oven at 375.
