Protein Powder Greek Yogurt

Note: this isn't really a recipe, but an idea for a high protein, lower carb alternative. Since I can't eat a lot of hard foods right now, this is great!

Ingredients:
- 6 oz oikos fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop BSN cinnamon roll protein powder
- packet splenda/equal

Directions:
- mix and eat
