Protein Popcorn

Note: OK, I admit it... I had this as breakfast as a pre-workout meal this morning. I woke up, felt like some popcorn... and wondered how I could fit in. Although it doesn't look very good, it was sooo awesome, I had it as a pre and post-workout meal today.

Ingredients:
- 1 serving air-popped popcorn (2 tablespoons, approx 100 calories)
- 1 scoop protein powder (I used all the whey "cake batter" pre workout (pictured below) and dymatize "cookies and cream" post workout)
- 1 tablespoon water

Directions:
-mix water and protein powder. Make popcorn . Pour protein powder mix over the popcorn.















Macros are based on Dymatize since All the Whey is not on spark recipes food calculator.
