Protein Pancake

Note: This was my obsession post workout treat for a few months. I got it from Jamie on the oxygen forum.

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop BSN cinnamon roll (any casein protein powder will do).
- 2 egg whites
-1/4 cup unsweeted vanilla almond milk
-cinnamon
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Microwave for two minutes. (It turns into a hard pancake). Flip pancake and microwave for another minute. Top with sugar free maple syrup and cinnamon.
