Protein Bar

Note: Another recipe from bodybuilding.com

Ingredients:
-8 Scoops whey (I used Optimum nutrition cookies and cream, as seen below)
-3 Cups Oats (Old fashioned, not quick!)
-1 Package Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding (Any flavor- I have used white chocolate, cheesecake and chocolate fudge- all were awesome)
-2 Cups fat free Milk
-Stevia/splenda, if desired (I didn't need it, it is sweet enough with the pudding mix)

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. spray a pan with pam and wipe with paper towel to remove excess oil. Line with mixture. Refriedgerate overnight. Cut into bars in the morning.

(Note: unless this stays cold, the "bars" will turn mushy. However, I like them that way. I eat with a spoon at work)
