Note: I ate this before my workout this morning. I used Better 'N peanut butter rather than PB because it was pre workout.
- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1 banana (100 grams)
- 3/4 tablespoon Better 'N PB
-mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. I did this because of the surgery. However, if I were to do it again, I would just mix the pb, cottage cheese and splenda, and then add cut up chunks of banana later on.
