-1 egg, large
-1 tablespoons of coconut flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1-2 packets stevia
-1 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional- I didn’t use it)
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together and pour into silicone muffin cup. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
