Protein Cottage Cheese on Rice Cakes

Note: my post workout fuel this morning :)

Ingredients:
- 2 rice cakes
- 3/4 scoop protein powder
- 1/8 cup non fat cottage cheese

Directions:
- blend cottage cheese and protein powder. Smear on rice cakes.
