She is a very nice person and I have heard great things about the lean bodies consulting program.

- 1 scoop protein powder (use whey/casein blend or casein only) (NOT WHEY ONLY) - macros are based on dymatize cookies n cream
- 1 tablespoon Better 'N PB (if PWO) or reg PB for any other meal (macros based on Better ' n PB)
- 1/2- 1 banana (I used 1/2 as I had 1/2 left over from the Banana omelette) - 50 grams
Place 1/2 scoop of protein powder into two small tupperware containers. Add 1/2- 1 tablespoon to each container and mix, so there is a flat coating against the bottom of the container. Microwave containers on 50% power for about a minute. Top with PB and sliced banana.
