Low Fat Corn Muffins

Ingredients:
-1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-3/4 cup Yellow Cornmeal
-1/4 cup Granulated Splenda
-2 teaspoons Baking Powder
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/4 cup no sugar added Applesauce
-1 cup fat free milk
-2 egg whites, beaten

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Stir in milk, applesauce and egg whitess. Spoon batter into 12 pam-sprayed/non-stick muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.Makes 12 muffins.
