Lemon-y Garlic Hummus

-1/4 cup lemon juice
-1 can chickpeas
-1/4 cup tahini (I didn't have this, so I used olive oil instead)
-2 tspns chopped garlic
-Water (2 tb to 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds

Open can of chick peas and rinse beans off with plenty of water. Place all ingredients, except water, in food processor and process until slightly lumpy. Add water gradually to get the desired consistency.
