Kashi With Protein Milk

Note: good for Pre-workout (or post!)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Kashi go lean
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (I used dymatize cookies and cream)
- 2 oz almond breeze.

Directions: mix protein powder and almond milk. Pour of Kashi.
