Kale Cheesy Chips

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale lettuce (macros based on 2 cups)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 oz reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated thin (you could use more- pic below is 1 ounce)
- 1 tbspn fat free parmesan cheese (you could use more- pic below is 1 tbspn)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash Kale and pat dry. Break into bite size pieces and lay out on pan. sprinkle over grated cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Cook in oven for 15-20 minutes.
