High Fiber Egg White Pancake

Note: This is a yummy high fiber pancake- it fell apart while cooking, but I was also rushing because I overslept this morning :) I topped it with slice banana and sugar free maple syrup.

Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- splenda/stevia
- optional toppings (NOT included in macros): Banana, PB, sugar free maple syrup

Directions:
Mix egg whites, wheat bran, cream of tartar and splenda/stevia in a bowl. Cook on a non-stick skillet like a pancake.
