"fried" and "breaded" veggies

Note: OMG, this was awesome. Very healthy and very filling!

Ingredients:
-1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 summer squash
- 1 very small onion
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup almond meal (crushed up almonds)
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Directions:
put the almond flour in one bowl and the egg white in a separate. Cut the veggies into very thin slices. Dip each veggie slice into the egg white and then the flour. Put on a foiled baking pan. Cover with spices. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Takes about 20 minutes.
