Fiber One Treat

Note: This is good post workout! carbs and protein!

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup fiber 1 cereal
- 1 scoop BSN protein powder (I use cinnamon roll)
-2 0z (1/4 cup) unsweetened almond breeze. (can sub fat free milk)

Directions:
- mix protein powder and milk well. (add more milk if not fully mixed til a thick mix is made) Pour in fiber 1 and mix so completely covered in PP/milk mix. Refridgerate for 10 minutes. It hardens like a rice krispie treat.
